Take the access road off Willow St. across from 4th St. If you are traveling north on Willow St. you will take a left onto the gravel access Rd. Signs and volunteers will be posted to assist.

Weekend passes include parking & walk in camping pass (tent camping)
Car camping or RV camping is a separate ticket
All RV/ Car camping passes are primitive.
Daily passes require you to purchase camping separately.
There are no in and out privileges if you are car camping. Once you are parked you are in for the weekend. If you plan to leave, please park in the parking lot.

What should I bring into the festival?
Seats: chairs, hammocks, blankets, your fancy. There is limited, uncomfortable seating available. Feel free to leave seats out all weekend; we all respect each other's property and love our neighbors as ourselves. Be happy to share if someone uses our seats while we're gone - ask kindly for it upon return, they'll respectfully get up & say thanks for sharing!
Coolers - BYO coolers. NO GLASS, please. Ice available to purchase on site.
Lights to navigate at night.
Dancing shoes - expect grassy, rooted, uneven grounds.
Cash for convenient vending - there will be an ATM on the grounds.
Fire pit and firewood if you want a campsite fire. Please be safe!
Please no atv's, golf carts, fireworks, illegal substances or bad attitudes!
Service animals only!
Friends & Family - really, buy them tickets or ask them to buy you tickets... early/late birthday present!

What are festival grounds like?
Spacious, grassy space with wooded areas. Space for campers to spread out or group up for community camping fun. Space for fires. There are colonial timed wooden open-air structures - some will be used for vendors, others may be claimed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Fires are allowed in contained pits. There will be a community bonfire between main stage and vendor area.
Picnic tables dispersed.
Watering station on site, as well as a ground-water source. Ice available for purchase on site.
A short walk to the Wabash River, scenic and historically majestic stands a national monument from the Revolutionary War. Short = ~5 minutes! There is also a river walk that intersects Main St, downtown Vincennes with local eateries, coffee shop, boutiques, antiques, and more.
Please keep in mind this is a rain or shine event, no refunds! Be prepared for all weather!
Where can I park?
There will be signs directing you to parking lot adjacent to the festival grounds.
Shuttles between parking and grounds will be provided for you and your stuff. It is a short walk for those that prefer to hoof it.
Street parking is available in nearby residential neighborhood
Note that traffic will flow in the opposite direction this year…
Please ENTER the festival via Perdue Rd, off of S. 6th St and EXIT to Willow Rd near 4th St.
